Public Complaints Portal

Raise a concern involving a Neves-linked company

This portal is for clients, investors and members of the public who have a serious concern about a company that says it is based in, or connected with, Neves.

Please read the complaint redressal steps below before you submit a complaint. In most cases, you must first give the company a chance to put things right.

Important notice

  • The Authority does not recover funds or provide personal legal representation.
  • We focus on serious matters such as misleading use of the Neves name, fraud and misuse of details.
  • Routine service issues should be taken up directly with the company in the first instance.

For urgent threats to your safety or suspected criminal activity, you should also contact your local law-enforcement agency.

Complaint redressal framework

To keep the process fair and efficient, complaints are expected to follow this sequence. This helps ensure the company has a reasonable opportunity to respond before the matter reaches the Authority.

Step 1 — Contact the company
First raise your concern with the company itself using its official support channels (for example, email, ticket system or in-platform help).
Company response window: 30 days
Step 2 — Wait for a response
Keep copies of any emails or chat transcripts. If the company does not respond within 30 days, or replies but does not address the issue, you may then escalate the matter using this portal.
Step 3 — Escalate to NLA (where appropriate)
You may submit a complaint here if:
  • 30 days have passed since you contacted the company and the issue remains unresolved; or
  • there are serious concerns such as identity misuse, forged documents or suspected fraud.

What you can report

  • A company claiming a Neves connection where this may not be true.
  • Misuse of your personal or account details by a company.
  • Misleading information about licenses, approvals or permissions.
  • Use of the Neves name, emblem or seal without clear authority.

What the Authority does not do

  • Provide individual legal advice or act as your lawyer.
  • Decide private contractual disputes or award compensation.
  • Guarantee recovery of money lost through trading or investment.
  • Interfere with day-to-day commercial decisions of companies.

We may use information from your complaint to understand how a company is behaving and, where necessary, to consider wider action. You should still seek your own legal or financial advice if you are unsure about your rights.
