Code of Conduct & Ethics
This Code sets out the ethical principles, behavioural expectations, and professional standards applicable to license holders, registered agents, officers, and representatives operating within the Neves licensing and authorisation framework.
1. Purpose & Scope
This Code exists to promote integrity, transparency, accountability, and responsible conduct. It applies to all entities and individuals interacting with the Authority’s licensing framework, regardless of jurisdiction or business model.

- Respect confidentiality and data protection expectations
- Operate with due skill, care, and diligence
- Maintain clear separation between marketing and factual claims
3. Conduct Expectations
- No misuse of license references, numbers, or branding
- No implication of endorsement, guarantee, or approval
- No impersonation of the Authority or its representatives
- Cooperation with reasonable information requests
4. Conflicts of Interest
Licensees and agents must identify, disclose, and manage conflicts of interest. Where conflicts cannot be reasonably mitigated, affected activities should be avoided.
5. Breach Handling
Alleged breaches of this Code may result in administrative review, clarifications, guidance issuance, or license status considerations under applicable frameworks.
