Agents support administrative processes. They do not represent the Authority and must not imply endorsement, approval, or official status.

Overview

A registered agent may support a license holder by acting as an administrative point of contact, assisting with filing, and facilitating communications. The license holder remains responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for conduct within its license scope.
