Agent Appointment & Responsibilities
This page explains how registered agents may be appointed by license holders, the typical scope of agent responsibilities, and the accountability expectations that support accurate administration of the licensing framework.
Overview
A registered agent may support a license holder by acting as an administrative point of contact, assisting with filing, and facilitating communications. The license holder remains responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for conduct within its license scope.
