Purpose of This Guidance
This document sets out the principles and mechanisms used by the Authority to monitor licensed entities and to engage with them on an ongoing basis after authorisation.
Risk-Based Supervisory Approach
Supervisory engagement is proportionate and risk-based. The level, frequency, and intensity of engagement depend on the nature of authorised activities, scale of operations, and risk indicators observed.
Forms of Supervisory Engagement

Information Requests
